[Freddie] Headphones

J'adore. Livraison hyper rapide et produit conforme à la description. Effet rétro garanti.

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding my new WE ARE REWIND EQ-002 Freddie headphones.

Unfortunately, I have encountered a serious problem with the product immediately after receiving it: the headphones do not charge.

The battery currently shows approximately 60%, but when I connect the headphones to power, the red charging indicator lights up for only 2–3 seconds and then turns off. The battery level does not increase.

I have already tested all of the following:

the original USB cable supplied with the headphones;
approximately five different USB cables;
several different USB chargers;
a computer USB port;
a power bank;
a 5W Panasonic charger;
leaving the headphones connected to power for approximately two hours.

The result is always the same: the red LED briefly turns on and then goes off, and the battery remains at approximately 60%.

I have also checked the USB-C connection and gently moved the connector while charging. There is no change in the behavior.

According to the EQ-002 instructions, the red LED should remain illuminated while the headphones are charging and turn off when the battery is fully charged. This is clearly not what is happening with my headphones.

I am particularly disappointed because these are brand-new headphones and I expected a functioning product straight out of the box.

There is also an important practical issue regarding your return policy. The headphones were shipped from France to Ukraine, and the delivery itself took more than 14 days. Therefore, the standard 14-day period mentioned in your return policy had already effectively expired by the time I received and tested the product.

Furthermore, returning a defective product from Ukraine to France is significantly more complicated and expensive than returning an item from within the EU.

I therefore ask you to propose a reasonable solution for this defective product. In particular, I would appreciate one of the following:

replacement of the defective headphones with a new working pair, or
a refund without requiring me to bear unreasonable international return shipping costs, or
another practical solution that you can offer for customers in Ukraine.

I can provide photographs and a video showing the charging problem, including the LED behavior and the battery level remaining unchanged.

I hope you will take responsibility for the defective product and help resolve this situation without requiring an unnecessarily complicated return shipment from Ukraine to France.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Dmytro

It looks und sounds right.. Merci!

Bien amicalement d'Allemagne

awesome old school headphones that sound awesome, love it!!!!!
