SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We sincerely hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases from WE ARE REWIND.

However, if you wish, you have 14 days from the date of delivery, to return one or more unpacked items for exchange or refund. However, the shipping costs for the return of one or more items remain your responsibility.  Products must be returned to us unused, in perfect condition, and with labels.

The customer retains the right to refuse payment of the applicable customs duties. In such cases, they may request a refund of their order. However, a flat fee of USD 60 will be deducted from the total refundable amount. This fee corresponds to the initial shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs incurred by the company WE ARE REWIND.
