GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The website is the property of “WE ARE REWIND” in its entirety, as well as all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to prior authorization from the owners. However, hyperlinks to the website are permitted without specific authorization.
Our product and pricing offers are valid until 03/31/23.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific terms of sale and expressly declares acceptance without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between WE ARE REWIND and the customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. They prevail over any other conditions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Products

Photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. In the event of errors, WE ARE REWIND cannot be held liable.

3. Orders

Automated recording systems constitute proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. WE ARE REWIND confirms acceptance of the order via email. The sale is concluded only upon this confirmation.
WE ARE REWIND reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a dispute regarding payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer is binding: in case of error in the address or phone number, the seller cannot be held responsible for delivery failure.

4. Delivery

After confirmation, WE ARE REWIND entrusts delivery to a carrier.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay applicable taxes and customs duties.
Orders are intended for personal use; any resale is prohibited.
Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
In case of visible defects, the customer may exercise the right of return.
Force majeure includes war, fire, strikes, etc.
Goods travel at the recipient’s risk. Please check your package upon receipt (48 hours to report issues).
An order may be delivered in multiple shipments at no additional cost.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to return a product that does not meet their expectations.
Refunds (excluding return shipping costs) will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

6. Price

Prices are expressed in euros.
Displayed prices do not include shipping.
The final price includes all taxes (VAT for France and EU) as well as handling and delivery costs.

7. Payment

Payment is made in full by credit card (CB).
WE ARE REWIND never has access to banking information, as payment is secured by the bank.

8. Disputes

This contract is governed by French law.
WE ARE REWIND cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the products.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the Commercial Court of Paris has exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Warranty

WE ARE REWIND’s liability is limited to the value of the product.
The customer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

10. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for order processing.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
WE ARE REWIND undertakes not to share this data with third parties.
