Are the players Bluetooth-compatible?

Yes, all our players are equipped with Bluetooth 5.1. You can connect wireless headphones or speakers, or stream music from your phone without any cables.
What are the delivery times?

Delivery then takes between 2 and 5 business days depending on your country. For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.
What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

Do your products work internationally?

Yes, our players work worldwide. They charge via a USB-C to USB-A cable (compatible with 110–240V), and the Bluetooth connection is universal. They are designed to be used with Bluetooth speakers and headphones. However, we do not recommend connecting them to earbuds, car systems, or other devices, as compatibility cannot be guaranteed. If your power outlet is different, a simple adapter is all you need.
