I’m pleasantly impressed. The build quality is solid and thoughtfully designed, far beyond the cheap plastic feel you’d associate with old-school devices. It feels like it was made with care.
What truly surprised me, though, is the sound. It’s clear, warm, and somehow richer than I anticipated. There’s a certain texture to the playback that digital audio just doesn’t replicate. It brings back that feeling I had years ago — of getting lost in music, rewinding, flipping the tape, and just… being present.
Rediscovering cassettes with this player has been more than just nostalgic — it’s been genuinely enjoyable. A modern classic done right.

Avec quel chargeur doit on recharger la batterie sans risquer de l’endommager ?
Really cool design, the bluetooth and usb-c charging are sweet features but unfortunately the internal mechanics are the exact same cheap chinese plastic as every other modern cassette player. You are much better off getting a refurbished walkman or aiwa:( I was super stoked about this product but after 2 months of almost daily use it's struggling to play most of my tapes, even brand new fresh out of the cellophane. For too expensive for landfill stuffing
