However, if you wish, you have 30 days from the date of delivery, to return one or more unpacked items for exchange or refund. However, the shipping costs for the return of one or more items remain your responsibility.  Products must be returned to us unused, in perfect condition and with the labels.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR US RESIDENT:

Due to the customs regulations currently in force between the United States and the European Union, including measures introduced under the Trump administration, shipments to the United States may be subject to customs duties of up to 30% of the order value.

The customer retains the right to refuse payment of the applicable customs duties. In such cases, they may request a refund of their order. However, a flat fee of USD 60 will be deducted from the total refundable amount. This fee corresponds to the initial shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs incurred by the company WE ARE REWIND.
