  • Are the players Bluetooth compatible?

    Yes, all our players are equipped with Bluetooth 5.1. You can connect wireless headphones or speakers, or listen to your music from your phone without any cables.

  • What are the delivery times?

    Delivery then takes between 2 and 5 business days depending on your country. If it is a pre-order, the estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.

  • What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

    No worries: you have 14 days to change your mind. And if something isn’t right, our customer service team is here to help you quickly. Simply contact us via the form available at the bottom of the page.

  • Do your products work abroad?

    Yes, our players work worldwide. They recharge via a USB-C to USB-A cable (110–240 V compatible), and the Bluetooth connection is universal. They are designed to be used with Bluetooth speakers and headphones. However, we do not recommend pairing them with earbuds, in-car systems, or other devices, as compatibility cannot be guaranteed. If your wall outlet is different, a simple adapter is all you need.
